1 month!

Ryan has hit the 1 month mark.

Time is speeding by and we are loving every moment that we have with him.

I don't mind waking up several times a night or changing his diaper.

I have wanted Ryan for long- that really it is a joy to being able to do these things for him.

3 Weeks

Ryan is 3 weeks old.

He loves car rides and is eating and sleeping really well.

2 Weeks Old!

Ryan had his 2 week appointment this week.

He weighs 8.35 lbs and is 21 inches long.

He is growing!

 Lexie expressed to me the other day that she felt "left out" even since Ryan came.

 I told her that we love all the kids the same and how since Ryan is so little Mom and Dad have to help him more because he can't do anything himself yet. I told her a story about how I felt after my Mom had Lindsay and how I remembered feeling "left out" after she was born.

Mason is very over protective of Ryan and reminds us when Ryan is crying and needs something. He also continues to remind us that Ryan is SO CUTE!

Some days are just exhausting!

 We went to Church today...It felt great to be back even though we only stayed through Sacrament Meeting!

Debbie flew up on the 11th and stayed until the 15th. We appreciated her help and her cinnamon rolls.

1 Week Old!

We are loving every moment with Ryan.

It amazing to have him in our house, I can't believe that we lived life without him so long.

The kids can be overwhelming helpful.

This week we dealt with the flu, not exactly the thing that you want in your house with a newborn.

Some of the kids also have coughs and colds.

Our garage door also broke- so between doing laundry 24/7 and a broken garage door- this week was a sad one.

Thank goodness Aaron was off this week and could care to those that were sickies.

 Adam and Liz and their family came and brought us dinner and visited us and met Ryan.

Words cannot describe how I have felt the last few days.

Ryan is a blessing to us.

We have waited a very long time for him to join our family and we are so glad that he is here.
